Synaply is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for beta testing purposes. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that: (a) The service may contain bugs, errors, and experience frequent interruptions. (b) We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. (c) CRITICAL: During the beta period, we may perform database resets or deletions. This means all your data, including progress, word lists, and account information, may be permanently deleted without prior warning. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any important data.

In no event shall Synaply, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect for significant changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
