Synaply-ya daxil olmaqla və ya istifadə etməklə siz bu Xidmət Şərtləri və bütün tətbiq olunan qanun və qaydalarla bağlı olmağa razılaşırsınız. Bu şərtlərin hər hansı biri ilə razı deyilsinizsə, bu saytdan istifadə etməyiniz və ya daxil olmağınız qadağandır.

Synaply beta sınaq məqsədləri üçün "olduğu kimi" və "mövcud olduğu kimi" əsasında təqdim olunur. In no event shall Synaply, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect for significant changes. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
